2. Your account
You need an account to order. You must give true details and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity carried out with your account.
3. Orders and menu
The menu changes during the week. We only accept orders for the same day, before the cut-off time of each meal, which is shown on the site. After that time you can no longer order that meal.
Drinks and desserts can only be ordered with at least one main dish. The maximum value of an order is €750.
An order is only confirmed after we receive and check the payment.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and are those on the site when you place the order.
Payment is made by MB WAY: after submitting the order, send the exact amount to the number shown and write the order code in the message. The order is held until we confirm the payment, which we do manually. You will receive an email when it is confirmed.
5. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address given in the order, on the same day, in the window of the meal chosen. Please make sure the address and contact mobile number are correct and that someone receives the order. If you have allergies or intolerances, write it in the order notes and talk to us before ordering.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel the order on the “My orders” page while the payment is not confirmed. Once the payment is confirmed, contact us. We may also cancel an order, for example if we cannot identify the payment or an item is no longer available, and we will let you know by email.
7. Right of withdrawal
Under the law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly, such as prepared meals.
8. Complaints and disputes
If you have a problem, please contact us first. You can also make a complaint in the Electronic Complaints Book (www.livroreclamacoes.pt) and, if you are a consumer, use an alternative consumer dispute resolution body. The European online dispute resolution platform is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Liability
We do our best to keep the site available and the information correct, but we do not guarantee it will always be free of errors or interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives to consumers.
10. Governing law
Portuguese law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory rights that the law of the consumer's country of residence gives them.
11. Changes
We may change these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after they are published on the site.
